KNOEDEL ME BABY
A seasonal workshop with various dumplings recipes from the ZURE-KERSEN-HART, including dinner and drinks.

Join us for a cosy autumnal Saturday afternoon of cooking fun at INAT Kantine.
Tamara inherited the love for a good knoedel from her Czech great grandma Marija, and is looking forward to share her knowledge in this multi-course workshop.
We will make various dumplings from the ZURE-KERSEN-HART cook-book, both in classic and in surprising combinations. Think: noklice (semolina dumplings for in the soup), semmelknoedels (old bread dumplings), njoki (gnocchi), šufnudle (schupfnudeln) and of course zwetschgenknoedels (plum dumplings).
