INAT kantine uses fresh, seasonal produce and turns it into abundance of flavors, colors and textures, making the corporate lunch the highliht of any hard working day. 

Cooking lunch for more than 40 creatives on daily basis has been our main activity since day one - in June 2015. It's not without reason that our glass house kitchen and the long lunch tables are situated in the very middle of the 111 workspace : lunchtime is the moment when everybody comes together to share the meal and creative ideas.  

Cooking every day for more or less the same group of people and for 5 years requires a certain dose of creativity. No lunch is ever the same, while every lunch must be at least as good as the one before. Living the lunch life is what we do: constantly testing new dishes and broadening the scope of our culinary expertise, while relying on seasonal produce, taking all time favorites to perfection and staying true to our South-European roots. Which is also a perfect basis for our other food-related activities, like catering, pop-up events and recipe writing.
