At INAT kantine, we've been cooking lunch for over 40 creatives in our shared creative workspace since 2015. While we are not open for public lunches for the time being, we do cater lunch (and other stuff) to businesses and regularly organize various pop-up events in order to share our love for cooking and eating together with a wider audience.
Core Business
Living the lunch life is what we do. Our kitchen and the long lunch tables are a beating heart of our workspace: lunchtime is the moment when everybody comes together to share the meal and creative ideas.
The lunch itself is a creative process as well: while no lunch is ever the same, every lunch must be at least as good as the one the day before.
Staying true to our South-European roots. we enjoy using fresh, seasonal produce, turning it into abundance of flavors, colors and textures. Needless to say, we never stop testing new dishes and broadening the scope of our culinary expertise, but we also take a huge satisfaction and pride in cooking all time favorites over and over again, bringing them to perfection.
