DON'T CALL ME BUREK WORKSHOP
On Saturday, June 21st, we are organising a special workshop in an intimate setting at INAT.
Tamara will be teaching you how to hand-stretch your paper thin yufka and roll it into a scrumptious Don't Call Me Burek. While the dough rests, we will make more seasonal recipes from Zurekersenhart and we will enjoy a complete 3 course dinner together afterwards, accompanied by Croatian wines. At the end of the evening, you will take an extra ball of dough and an oklava - the special rolling pin - so you can practice at home the day after .
