ZURE-KERSEN-HART is a cook book debut by Tamara Ivanović, published in March 2025 by Nijgh Cuisine / Singel Uitgeverijen. This cook book is a tribute to the South Slavic cuisine and its people, told in comforting recipes and family stories , from burek to brudet, from Sarajevo to Amsterdam.


In November 2026, ZURE-KERSEN-HART has been shortlisted for Het Gouden Kookboek, the yearly dutch price for cook books.
